TEAM BIOS
Graduating with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary's University, London as well as one in Sports Management from the University College Dublin.
Over the next twelve years or so, Keith built up diverse experience and developed his specialisation in injury rehabilitation and recovery. Keith spent time working with returning soldiers for the British Military as well as for professional football teams.
In Dubai, Keith has built a significant reputation in injury rehabilitation and recovery, working with some of the top physiotherapists in the city, he is often asked to appear in the media and is a regular guest on DubaiEye radio!
A strength and conditioning specialist, Kris has led the Physical Training Company's successful youth development program for several years and has more than 12 years experience in coaching, including a stint at London Irish Rugby Club in the UK.
With a degree in Strength & Conditioning Science from St Mary's University in London, Kris has specialised with further accreditations including ASCC and UKSCA, he is also a certified as a sports nutritionist by the International Society of Sports.
