* Getting the amount of protein your body requires to recover, maintain, or increase your muscle mass, and burn fat
* Are you getting at least 30-60 minutes of daily exercise?
* Are you consuming more, less, or just about the same amount of calories as you are burning?
Fad diets and unsustainable lifestyles will not give you long term results. Small changes in your daily habits and lifestyle will add up to make a big difference over time.
