Leading a healthy lifestyle comes down to several factors. Some big ones are:⁣

* Your daily non-exercise activity (NEAT)🚶 like getting your 10,000 steps⁣

* Getting the amount of protein 🥩 your body requires to recover, maintain, or increase your muscle mass, and burn fat⁣

* Are you getting at least 30-60 minutes of daily 🏋️‍♀️ exercise?⁣

* Are you consuming 🥑 more, less, or just about the same amount of calories as you are burning?⁣

Fad diets and unsustainable lifestyles will not give you long term results. Small changes in your daily habits and lifestyle will add up to make a big difference over time.⁣
