Ahmed is one of the first-ever members of the Training Room and has consistently shown up to every session, worked hard, and continues to smash his goals.

He started with a goal of losing 10kgs; gaining muscle mass, and losing body fat. Almost 5 months later, and he has done just that, and he shows no signs of slowing down!
💪 All attributed to his strong work ethic, dedication and showing up even when he doesn't feel like it. In his words, TTR is "The only room that offers dynamite chillis and can guide you to the stairway of heaven."
