    Base Camp

    Base Camp is semi-private personal training.

    This is where our PT trained coaches assess your ability and set it against your lifestyle and goals to design your bespoke path to fitness, recommending the right balance of our STRENGTH and CARDIO sessions as well as your personalized approach to those classes and the exercises.

    Base camp’s role is to get you performing to your highest ability in the STRENGTH and CARDIO classes.

    Base Camp classes get you unparalleled attention to your form and load so you can embark on your path with confidence. It also means that any special requirements are given the attention and care required to set you up for success.

    As you progress, Base Camp becomes the place you come to check in on performance and level up, developing your approach to training alongside your fitness for a sustainable way to train.
