THE TRAINING ROOM
The Training Room incorporates sessions that are based on either Strength or Cardio family of exercises. These sessions help us to get the best combination of exercises for our members to hit their goals.
The Year is divided into 12 week training blocks. Each 12 week block is designed with exercises that are programmed by our team of elite coaches and personal trainers.
At the end of each training block, progress is benchmarked and assessed in order to ascertain your current fitness level.
Each type of class at the Training Room has a different workout goal, at the centre is Base Camp, a semi-private personal training model that ties all of our sessions together and achieves the best results!
