The Training Room is a great gym with all the up-to-date equipment, but what makes it truly special is the people who work there and supported me through every day (literally, even when it wasn't the gym day for me) of my transformational 6 weeks program. All the Trainers are extremely professional and great fun too, they won't miss an opportunity to have a laugh with you. It's a community, not just a spot. I have heard about this gym from my husband for years, and he kept on telling me this is not a standard gym where only fit people feel comfortable, but tubbies like myself will fit right in too. And honestly, I think that is what did it for me - feeling that welcome, I was able to stop thinking about what I can't do physically, but just do what I could, with maximum effort without any shortcuts. And when you are in such a place with 100% support from the Team, you simply can't fail. I lost 25 cm in volume and 5 kg in weight. I finally bought new shorts in 2 sizes down and felt super positive and happy, I finally started making progress. All that was possible because I was never alone on that journey - so thank you The Training Room team! Need I say more that I don't plan to stop my gymming ..., I signed up for the yearly membership, and most importantly I don't dread exercising as I used to. If anyone (of any fitness level) there looking for a Gym to join or switch to - don't look any further, this is THE place.

After 2 years of struggling with different injuries and gaining weight due to lack of mobility, I was advised to connect with Keith and Tomas by my physio and I'm so glad I did. Their approach is not the typical "work out till your passed out" style but instead it's extremely personalized and holistic keeping in mind your injuries, recovery plan, strength building, nutrition accountability and lifestyle guidance. The gym is welcoming and everyone understands that we each have a different reason to be here and the members are very supportive of each others journey. After 6 months, I weigh lesser, feel stronger, have made an exceptional network of coaches and friends and I feel enabled and supported in my mental and physical health journey.

The Training Room is this cozy GYM where I love to start my mornings as the energy n vibe is very friendly positive n encouraging. The coaches are very professional, detailed and approachable. The TTR member community is very warm n motivating. Though being a new bee I am aLeah’s encouraged and guided to push my limits. I can happily confess that from not being an exercise enthusiast, I am smoothly transformed into one by my Coach Carlo. And only a couple of months into strength training I surely miss my training sessions when I am travelling. Thank you TTR for helping me gain back my strength my confidence my ability to enjoy outdoors the way I used to.
TTR is NOT one of those commercial gym houses where you just punch in for the record and do whatever exercises you think are good for you and go home, it's exactly the opposite of that, it is a professional place where you find some of the best and brightest minds there is in the training feild coming together to give you a customized program made specially to fit your condition, lifestyle and most importantly goals and support you to commit to it and help you achieve them by guiding you step by step even when they are on leaves.. it's a very friendly and family-like gym place and everyone there from trainers to trainees are amazingly friendly and supportive to each other..

The Training Room is such a great place to workout! Unlike a lot of gyms out there, TTR provides a friendly yet professional environment, adequate for all fitness levels. The coaches make sure to support you and give you tailored advice, no matter where you stand in your fitness journey. As a result, TTR also has a very supportive and friendly members community, making it a no-brainer coming back for more. So whether you are new to working out or a seasoned gym rat, TTR has something to offer you, from group sessions to Semi PT to nutrition advice, as well as regular fitness challenges to keep you motivated along the way.

I was recommended The Training Room by my friend as the trainers are qualified and very adaptable to suit my training injury. Since joining this gym I have built up my strength which has allowed me to join in the classes and has made me feel great again. I have been working with a semi PT (Carlo) who has been patient, extremely supportive and motivating. He has changed my lifestyle, from discussing what type of trainers to wear, what food to eat and giving me the motivation to go to the gym at 6:30am in the morning. The team in the training room are very approachable and always there to help. I’ve never heard of Semi PT training but it’s fantastic. It has given me the confidence to walk in to a gym a feel comfortable with what I am doing. I would have never had the confidence to do this before I was introduced to The Training Room. Thanks guys you are amazing at what you do and I’m so glad that I am apart of your community.
